Using BritReady

BritReady is a study and practice app for people preparing for the Life in the UK Test. By using BritReady, you agree to use the app lawfully and responsibly.

Independent Study Tool

BritReady is not an official UK Government app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the UK Government. The app is provided for study support only. You are responsible for checking official government sources for current test rules, booking details, fees, and eligibility requirements.

No Guarantee of Passing

BritReady is designed to help with preparation, but we do not guarantee that using the app will result in passing the Life in the UK Test.

Purchases and Subscriptions

BritReady may offer free features, paid features, subscriptions, or lifetime access. Purchases are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed by the store where you made the purchase.

  • You can manage Apple subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
  • You can manage Google Play subscriptions in your Google Play account settings.
  • Premium access may be managed using RevenueCat.

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse BritReady, attempt to interfere with the app, copy or redistribute app content without permission, reverse engineer the app where prohibited by law, or use the app in a way that infringes the rights of others.

Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, pause, or discontinue parts of BritReady at any time. We aim to keep the app useful and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted access.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BritReady is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for losses arising from use of the app, inability to use the app, or reliance on app content, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
